WARRANTY
WARRANTY TERMS
The workmanlike manufacture of the machine is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the delivery date, however not later than 16 months from the shipping date. Wear parts, improper use or modifications without official notification from Balun Technology Co., Ltd are excluded from the warranty. Warranty repairs by Balun Technology Co., Ltd are based on in-house labor at Balun Technology Co., Ltd at Beijing, China. Warrantee on parts is granted FCA Beijing, China.
Payment terms:
Payment by means of paymentin advance. (A separate invoice will be sent at order. Only this is to be usedto fulfill payment).
Delivery terms:
EXW Beijing, China. not packed, not cleared, not insured.
Prices:
Prices is included local 13% VAT,but not included import duties, installations and training.
Minimum order value:
Orders < $ 100 willbe charged with $ 15 small ordering costs.
Shipment of small sized orders:
If noshipment method is mentioned with order, Baluntech ships via our own express,and shipment costs will be charged in addition.
Delivery and date of execution for servicerelative activities:
Planning of the service activities takes place on weeklybasis. Planning will be done after receipt of your written order and afteralignment with the service planner / coordinator.
Execution of the work for service relativeactivities:
Work will be performed based on actual costs. Labor hours,travelling expenses and other costs are based on an estimation. No rights canbe derived.
